Applications received are processed only during business days. When the request reaches us before 3:00 pm (Eastern Time), the labels are shipped the same day. If the request is received after 3:00 pm (Eastern Time), the labels will be shipped the next business day. A replacement is shipped, by the same shipping method, selected on the original order. To obtain this replacement, the customer must send the wrong labels by mail. If the customer still has the envelope in which he received his order, he hands it in with a brief explanatory note. Then it closes the envelope with tape. It is not necessary to affix a stamp because of the first class mail, the return is guaranteed. The customer then only has to file the letter at the post office or in a mailbox.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancellations are accepted during business hours. If the order has been made outside this period, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after opening our offices. If a customer is late in calling us or sending us an e-mail, if the order has already been submitted, a cancellation can not be obtained. If a cancellation is granted, the full refund is credited to the customer, by the same payment method used at the order.
